Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid is recommended for rapid relieve of runny nose, watery eyes, nasal congestion, blocked sinuses and a chesty cough.
Directions for using Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid 100ml: Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid is suitable for adults and children over the age of 2 years. Adults and children over 12 years should take two 5 ml of Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid, every 4 -6 hours up to 4 times a day. No more than 40 ml should be taken within 24 hours. Children aged 6 to 12 years should take one 5 ml spoonful of Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid, every 4 to 6 hours up to 4 times a day. No more than 20 ml should be taken within 24 hours. Children aged 2 to 5 years should take one 2.5 ml spoonful of Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid every 4 to 6 hours up to 4 times a day. No more than 10 ml should be taken within 24 hours. If you forget to take Action Chesty Cough Liquid, do not take a double dose for the individual dose you forgot to take.
Warnings of using Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid 100ml: Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid is not suitable for children under the age of 2 years, if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, if you are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression including Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs), if you have high blood pressure or heart disease, if you have lung disease or a persistent cough, if you have a cough associated with asthma, or produce a lot of mucus (phlegm), or if you have an inherited intolerance to fructose. If any of these apply to you, consult a doctor before taking Actifed Multi Action Chesty Cough Liquid: If you have kidney or liver problems, if you have prostate disease, diabetes, glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye) or an over-active thyroid, if you are taking tricyclic antidepressants, decongestants, appetite suppressants, stimulants, sedatives or medicines for high blood pressure.
