Benylin Cold & Flu Max Strength Capsules are suitable for adults (including the elderly), and children over the age of 6 years. This medicine is not suitable if you suffer from a severe coronary artery disease, if you have high blood pressure (hypertension), if you have an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), and children under the age of 6 years.
Directions for using Benylin Cold & Flu Max Strength Capsules - 16: Adults: Two capsules every four hours to a maximum of eight in 24 hours Children 6-12 years: One capsule every four hours to a maximum of four capsules in 24 hour
Warnings of using Benylin Cold & Flu Max Strength Capsules - 16: Not recommended for children under 6 years. Contraindicated in severe coronary heart disease, cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, and in patients with a history of peptic ulcer. Not to be used with MAOIs or for two weeks after completion of MAOI therapy. Use with caution in severe renal or hepatic impairment, Raynaud's phenomenon and diabetes
