Product details of Benylin Dry Coughs Original 150ml: Benylin Dry Coughs Original can be used to relieve dry, irritating and unproductive coughs. Benylin Dry Coughs Original is suitable for adults and children over the age of 6 years. This medicine is not suitable if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, if you have chronic bronchitis, if you have a condition called bronchiectasis, if you have taken a monoamine-oxidase inhibitor antidepressant (MAOI) in the last 14 days, and children under the age of 6 years.
Directions for using Benylin Dry Coughs Original 150ml: Adults: 10ml four times daily Children 6-12 years: 5ml four times daily
Warnings of using Benylin Dry Coughs Original 150ml: May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol and use in children under 6 years. Not to be used by patients taking MAOIs or those who have taken them in the previous 14 days. Not for use in, or those at risk of, respiratory failure, narrow-angle glaucoma or symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy. Use with caution in moderate to severe renal or hepatic dysfunction. Not recommended in pregnancy unless advised by a doctor
