All Products sold shall be
delivered in generic cardboard boxes or jiffy bags to ensure
confidentiality for our customers
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges within
the
UK
shall be subject to a maximum charge of £2.95 if the Standard Delivery option
is chosen, subject to a maximum weight limit of 2kg.
Any order that exceeds
2kg in weight may be subject to an additional delivery charge. You will be
informed by Clockwork of any additional delivery charge that may be applicable
in advance of the order being processed.
All orders shall be
dispatched by Standard Delivery with a delivery charge (unless another
delivery option is chosen for which there may be a different delivery charge or a free shipping coupon is used). This offer
may be varied by us at any time.
NHS Prescriptions
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL
UK
MAINLAND NHS PRESCRIPTION ORDERS.
All NHS prescriptions
orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery free of charge,
unless you select another delivery option.
The prescription medication
is shipped on the same day or next working day after the receipt of the
prescription.
Delivery Options
Royal Mail first class standard delivery is our main delivery option and you will
be required to sign for the delivery.
We aim to get all orders despatched same day or next day but expected
delivery times should be within 2-3 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Missing Products In Order
If when you receive your
order and you notice that an item is missing then please contact us at info@clockworkpharmacy.com with
your order number, item number or SKU (product number), and the name of the
product missing. Once we have checked our systems we will resend you the
missing item at no extra cost.
Wrong Products Included In Order
On delivery of any order, the please
check that the products have been delivered. If a Product has been included
that was not ordered, then please inform us at info@clockworkpharmacy.com, by also supplying your order number, and
the product number of the product received in error. If it appears from our
records that the product was dispatched in error, we shall supply you with a
returns authorization code and a pre-paid postage authorization to use to return
the product.
On the return of the product the
correct product will be dispatched at no extra charge.

Some products may have varying delivery times
Delivery times may vary
depending on the type of product ordered. Clockwork endeavours to dispatch all
orders within 2 working days of the receipt by Clockwork of that order (subject
to availability), but delays may occur. The highest Priority products are
medicinal and pharmacy line products. The products most likely to be delayed
are electrical, fragrance and beauty products. Any such delay is unlikely to
exceed 48 hours. In the event that a delay is likely to exceed this period we
shall contact you to inform you of any additional delays.

My Item has been dispatched but has
still not arrived
If we have
sent you an email informing you that your order has been despatched but your
items have still not arrived. The post man may have left a card indicating that
a delivery was attempted but no one could sign for the order. In this case, the
card left by the post man will have the address and contact details of the
local sorting office where the item is being kept. You can either get the Royal
Mail to re-deliver the order to your address or go and pick the order from the
sorting office.
On some
rare instances, if a card has not have been
left and you have received an email from us informing you that the order has
been despatched, then you should contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office
to find out if your order is being held there. You can find out the location
and contact details of your local Delivery Office by calling the Royal Mail on
this telephone number 0845 680 6845. If you still need any assistance then please
contact us.
Order Tracking
Clockwork
Pharmacy provide an order tracking function available to all website account
members. To track the status of your order please log into your account and
access the order tracking function. You can also obtain your tracking number from the order completion email containing your shipping invoice and tracking number. Based on the delivery option you have
chosen the order tracking will provide slightly different information. Standard
Royal Mail Delivery will inform you if the item has been signed for upon
delivery, whilst courier delivery options will give you greater information to
track your order until it gets to you.

Clockwork
Pharmacy will always endeavour to send you a confirmation email once order has
been dispatched.
Returns
You may return any damaged or
incorrect Products within 30 days of receipt. On receipt of any returned products,
Clockwork shall refund the cost of that product to the Member, less any sum
applicable linked to damage sustained to the product. Delivery charges shall
not be refunded.
Please send any returned
product in its original packaging, using bubble wrap or loose-fill where
necessary to protect the product. Please include with the Product the
applicable return authorization code issued by Clockwork, the date of the
order, the Member’s name, address and the order number.
A refund
will not be given in cases where the product has been opened, or lost, delayed
or damaged because the customer provided an inaccurate delivery address.
