Product details of Earex Plus 10ml: Earex Plus is used to provide relief of ear pain associated with acute, or chronic otitis media and externa (swelling of the ear canal). It could also be used to aid in the softening and removal of earwax. • Softening earwax – adults and children over 1 should be given cotton wool soaked with the medicine to be plugged into the affected ear (head should be tilted to allow this). Repeat twice a day for 4 days. • Earache – Apply a few drops into the affected ear (with head tilted and the ear plugged after application) every 3-4 hours as required. • Not suitable for children under 1 year old. • Not to be applied to inflamed or infected ears, if the ear drum is perforated or if sensitive to salicylate • For ear use only
