The Free Clockwork
Pharmacy Prescription Collection Service
We collect
and prepare your prescription. You simply pick it up, saving you time and a
journey. This service is only available for patients who register in-store for the time being.
Instead of picking up your
prescription and bringing it to your local Clockwork Pharmacy, we can collect
it for you from certain surgeries. So instead of waiting while we dispense your
medicine, you can call in when it suits you and pick it up.
If you're not yet registered for
this service and wish to do so visit your local Clockwork Pharmacy and sign up.
When you sign up at the Clockwork Pharmacy of your choice we
will register you for the Prescription Collection Service.
We will also be introducing a new Electronic
Prescription Service soon. To find out more please read below.

Service - Coming Soon
The way the NHS provides prescriptions
to customers will be changing to make the process more efficient for patients.
In the future your repeat prescriptions will be sent electronically to your
pharmacy of choice by your GP. Patients will start to choose their pharmacies
from the middle of this year onwards, this process will be called 'nomination'.
There are many benefits to
nominating Clockwork Pharmacy to handle your repeat prescriptions:

- Your
medication is ready to collect when you walk into our pharmacy
Clockwork Pharmacy is currently
working with the NHS to make sure that our customers make the most from these
changes and that the transition to the new system is easy for our customers.
We will keep you up to date on progress on this website. In the
meantime, you can sign up to our existing Prescription Collection Service (PCS) now and then we can transfer you over to the Electronic Prescription
Service (EPS) nomination as soon as it becomes available.
