Lemsip Max Cold + Flu Breathe Easy is not suitable if you suffer from a severe coronary artery disease, if you suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension), if you are under the age of 12 years.
Directions for using Lemsip Cold + Flu Breathe Easy -10: Adults and children 12 years and over: One sachet dissolved in hot water to be taken every 4-6 hours, maximum of four in 24 hours
