Before your prescriptions can be sent electronically to us, you have to nominate your local Clockwork Pharmacy branch. You can do this via your GP surgery or directly with us. Registering on our site and choosing your surgery provides us with sufficient authority to nominate your local Clockwork Pharmacy with your GP.
If you have chosen to nominate Clockwork Pharmacy as your dispensing pharmacy, we may be able to have your items dispensed as soon as we receive your prescription; so all you have to do is pick up the items without the long waits. In some circumstances we can also deliver the items to you. As well as coming into your branch or ordering by phone, we have a convenient online service you can use on your pc, tablet or phone.
If you use our online service with this site, you can easily enter all your prescription items (or your local Clockwork Pharmacy can help you). You only have to do this once as all your items are then stored securely. You can set up reminders so you don't forget and order late and you can request prescriptions whenever you like 24/7, not just when we are open. This kit can then be send-off in the prepaid to be tested. You will be given the results directly within 7 to 10 working days after which any advice on action will be given.
