It can also be used help get rid of excess stomach acid. Adults, including the elderly and children aged 16 years and over should swallow 1 tablet whole with water when symptoms occur. If symptoms still arises or returned after an hour, take another tablet. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Zantac 75 Tablets are not suitable for children under 16 years old. Do not take the tablets continuously for more than 6 days without consulting a doctor or a pharmacist. People with difficulty swallowing or persistent stomach pain should consult a doctor or a pharmacist before taking this medicine.
